True Grit and determination ignites career for Balbriggan Signman.

Updated: Apr 18, 2019

I caught up with Sean Moroney this week and interviewed him for a Blog on Balbriggan.net. You might remember him as the guy who stood on the Naul road with a sign looking for work. Well now he has a great job and career infront of him and you can read all about it by following the link at the bottom of this story.

Niall Keady & Sean Moroney

It was around the same time that I returned to education after which I set up my own business Digital Pitch. After many years in the mobile phone business, I thought that was all I knew and that business was not doing as well then also.

I was out of work for a short time, but got involved with community groups and committees to keep me busy. I went to Dublin Business School to study Digital Marketing and a few months after qualifying, I found myself back at DBS giving the lectures. I now have a successful Digital Marketing agency and two others working with me. This has given me time to continue with my voluntary work and to bring it one step further by running in the Local Elections for Fingal County Council where I hope to make a real difference for my community and the organisations I work with, as well as many other great causes throughout Northeast Fingal.

People like Sean are a real inspiration to me with a real get-up-and-go attitude and a determination to make a difference.
